903.09 CYLINDER EXCHANGE PROGRAM (SECTION 3809.12 OFC).

In addition to the provisions of Section 3809.12 OFC, the sale or exchange of twenty (20) pound-filled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (propane) tanks will be allowed if all provisions of this chapter are complied with as determined by the Fire Chief or the Chief's designee. A total of 360 pounds (eighteen twenty pound tanks) will be allowed for each installation. Only one installation will be allowed per site.
