741.11 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT.
(a) No person shall, without lawful authority, park any vehicle upon private property, or permit a vehicle to remain upon a private parking lot longer than the time permitted by the owner of such private parking lot, or his lawful agent, when the time is indicated by clearly visible signs, except by permission of the owner of such parking lot or his lawful agent.
(b) If the owner of private property upon which a vehicle is parked or left without authority or permission, in violation of this section, makes a written request to the Police Department of this City for the removal of such vehicle, the officer in charge of the Department may cause such vehicle to be removed at the expense of the owner of such vehicle, provided that the owner of the property agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City from all expense, cost or liability, if any, for such action.
