739.03 OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC.

No person engaged in picketing shall obstruct or interfere with any person traveling upon any public highway or ground, or entering or leaving the picketed premises, nor remain in any group of persons so numerous or so located as to make it difficult or dangerous to travel on any public highway or portion thereof or to enter or leave the picketed premises, whether or not anyone actually attempts to so travel, enter or leave.
