543.03 EFFECTIVE DATE; PERMIT REVOCATION.

(a) A snowplow operator's permit shall be effective during the period from October 15 to April 15. A permit issued in one (1) such time period is not valid for a subsequent time period.

(b) A snowplow operator's permit is subject to revocation by the Chief of Police upon the following grounds:

(1) Fraud or willful and knowing misrepresentation made in applying for a snowplow operator's permit or made in the conduct of the snowplowing and removal business.

(2) Failure to pay any fees as required by this chapter.

(3) Violation of any ordinances of the City of Shaker Heights pertaining to business regulation or snowplowing and removal.

(4) Violation of any State laws pertaining to vehicle registration or business regulation.
