531.08 RECEIPTS FOR ARTICLES AND PAYMENTS.
A receipt shall be given to every pledgor at the time the property is received, which receipt shall contain the name and address of the pledgor, a description of the property received, the amount of money loaned, the rate of interest, the date and time when the property was received and the date when the loan is due. When payments are made by the pledgor, receipts for the payments shall be given to him, which receipts shall show the amount previously paid and the balance due. A true copy of all receipts shall be kept by the licensee at his place of business for a period of not less than three (3) years.
