517.07 PERMIT LIMITATIONS.
(a) A permit shall be issued hereunder on the following terms:
(1) Permit period. The permit shall authorize the sale described in the application for a period of not more than thirty (30) consecutive days, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, following the issuance thereof.
(2) Nature of sale. The permit shall authorize only the one (1) type of sale described in the application at the location named therein.
(3) Nontransferability. Any permit herein provided for shall not be assignable or transferable.
(4) Permit number. The permit number shall be prominently displayed in all advertising of such sale.
(b) Renewal Procedure. The Director may, upon application therefor, renew a permit for one (1) extension of time only, such period to be in addition to the thirty (30) days permitted in the original permit and not to exceed thirty (30) consecutive days, Sundays and holidays, excluded, when he finds that facts exist justifying the permit renewal, and that the applicant has complied with the conditions of the original permit, and with the provisions of this chapter.
