517.06 PERMIT ISSUANCE.

   Upon receipt of any permit application the Director of Safety shall inquire into same. When satisfied that neither any fraud nor deception in the conduct of the sales or in the advertising thereof, nor any misrepresentation of the goods to be sold is intended or will be practiced and that the applicant has complied with all requirements of law, the Director shall issue a permit to the applicant.
