517.04 PERMIT FEE.

   Any applicant for a permit hereunder shall submit to the Safety Director with his application a permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Any applicant for a renewal permit hereunder shall submit to the Safety Director with his renewal application a permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
