509.02 LIGHTS DURING CLOSED PERIOD.

   No person being the owner or in charge or control of any storeroom or other place of business, shall cause or permit lights to burn or be operated in the storeroom or place of business during any time when the storeroom or place of business is required by this Business Regulation Code to be closed, except that one (1) electric light of not more than 100 watts consumption of current for each 500 square feet, or fraction thereof, of floor area of the storeroom or place of business, may be so burned or operated.
