507.04 DISPLAY AREA.

Areas used for the display of motor vehicles being held for sale or rent shall be smoothly graded, paved and adequately drained and surface water shall not be permitted to discharge over or onto adjoining lands or to create a nuisance on the sidewalk, tree lawn or street. When such an area adjoins a residence district, it shall be separated therefrom by a masonry wall or other effective screening at least six (6) feet in height, as may be approved by the Architectural Board of Review.
