507.03 SETBACK OF DISPLAY AREA.
   (a)   Along the street frontage of all areas used for the display of motor vehicles for sale or rent, there shall be constructed a curb or barrier not less than four (4) inches high and placed not less than two (2) feet back of the setback building line. Such curb or barrier shall be continuous across the display area, except for pedestrian traffic and except that one (1) driveway for ingress and one (1) for egress, each not more than fifteen (15) feet wide at the sidewalk crossing, may be maintained along the street frontage of display areas. No motor vehicles shall be parked for display or repair or for any other purpose between the curb or barrier and the street and such area shall be kept free of vehicles at all times.
 
   (b)   The setback area for the display or parking of vehicles in connection with the business of automobile sales shall be hard-surfaced or landscaped and maintained in good condition. Sidewalk areas shall be kept free of snow, ice, slush, dirt, mud, debris, any other foreign substance or any other nuisance.
