505.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

   No person, firm, association, corporation or other entity shall possess, keep, maintain, use, exhibit or permit to be possessed, kept, maintained, exhibited, used or operated in or upon any premises in his possession or under his control in any commercial district of this City an amusement device, without first obtaining a permit or renewal thereof from the Chief of Police.
