379.01 KEEPING ANIMALS AND FOWL.

No person, being an owner, tenant, agent, occupant, or person in control of any premises within the City, shall cause or knowingly permit to be kept thereon any animal or fowl which, by occasioning noxious odors or by noise, becomes injurious to the health, comfort or property of individuals or of the public.
