377.02 INFESTATION BY VERMIN OR RODENTS.

No person, being an owner, tenant, agent, occupant, or person in control of any premises within the City, shall cause or knowingly permit such premises to become or remain infested with vermin or rodents. (Ord. 05-70. Enacted 5-23-05.)
