377.01 CONDITIONS CONDUCIVE TO HARBORING RATS.

No person, being an owner, tenant, agent, occupant, or person in control of any premises within the City, shall cause or knowingly permit any of the following conditions to exist upon such premises:

(a) The keeping or storing of solid waste except in proper containers for collection, which containers shall be tightly covered, rodent-proof and water-tight.

(b) Firewood resting directly on or closer to the ground surface than twelve (12) inches; and
