371.01 WHAT CONSTITUTES NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.

The violation of any provision of this Title Eleven shall constitute a nuisance, and in addition to any penalty provided by this Health Code for such violation, the nuisance may be abated in the manner now or hereafter provided by the statutes of Ohio or Chapter 107 of the Administrative Code for the abatement of nuisances.
