353.01 DEFINITIONS.

   The following definitions shall apply to this chapter:

   (a)   "Exterminant" means any substance, not a fumigant, as described in Chapter 351, under whatever name known, used for the extermination, destruction or control of insects, vermin, germs, rodents or other pests.

   (b)   "Extermination" means the use of any exterminant for the purposes set forth in subsection (a) hereof.

   (c)   "Master exterminator" means an individual who engages in the business of extermination, as well as its performance.

   (d)   "Journeyman exterminator" means an individual who performs extermination only as an employee of the holder of a master exterminator license.

   (e)   "Thermal generator" means any device designed or used to vaporize and discharge into the atmosphere any exterminant.
