351.12 REPORT TO DIRECTOR OF HEALTH.

Each licensed fumigator shall report to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health any condition discovered by the fumigator which tends to breed or harbor vermin, rodents, or other pests, or which may be dangerous to the public health.
