351.09 NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS.

   Before any work of fumigation is commenced, the fumigator in charge of the work shall inspect the premises to be fumigated and serve notice on all occupants of the premises and the occupants of any rooms or apartments into which any fumigant may penetrate, stating the danger and the time when the fumigant is to be generated or liberated.
