351.07 GUARDS.

   During the period when fumigation is in progress, the licensee shall provide a capable, alert watchman for each entrance to the building or portion thereof or other enclosed space being fumigated, except single-family and two-family residences wholly vacated. Each such watchman shall remain on duty during the period, and until the premises are properly ventilated and safe for human occupancy.
