351.05 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

In addition to the causes for revoking or suspending licenses set forth in Chapter 303, a fumigator's license shall be revoked if the Director of Building and Housing shall determine at any time that the licensee is not qualified to engage in the business of fumigating, or if the licensee shall be without insurance as required by this chapter.
