351.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   (a)   No person shall engage in the business of fumigating buildings, rooms or other enclosed spaces within the City unless he is the holder of a master's license in good standing under the provisions of Chapter 303.

   (b)   No person shall perform any work in connection with the fumigation of buildings, rooms or other enclosed spaces within the City unless he is the holder of a master's or journeyman's license in good standing under the provisions of Chapter 303.
