351.01 DEFINITIONS.

   The following definitions shall apply to this chapter:

   (a)   "Fumigant" means any substance or combination of substances which emits any gas, fumes, or vapor which is sufficiently lethal, poisonous, noxious or dangerous to human life, so that it cannot safely be used except in closed and sealed rooms or spaces.

   (b)   "Master fumigator" means an individual who engages in the business of fumigation, as well as its performance.

   (c)   "Journeyman fumigator" means an individual who performs fumigation only as an employee of the holder of a master fumigator license.
