347.20 HYDROTHERAPY SPAS.
   (a)   The maximum operating temperature of any hydrotherapy spa may not exceed one hundred four (104) degrees Fahrenheit (forty (40) degrees Centigrade). A thermostatic control for water temperature shall be accessible and maintained.
 
   (b)   A hydrotherapy spa shall provide a turnover rate for the entire water capacity at least once every thirty (30) minutes and be capable of returning the water to a turbidity of 0.50 Jackson Turbidity Units (JTUs) at least once during the four (4) hours following the peak bather use.
 
   (c)   A hydrotherapy spa must be drained and cleaned at least three (3) times a year.
