347.04 LICENSE TO OPERATE.

(a) No person shall operate or maintain a swimming pool until a license therefor shall have been issued by the Director. The license for a family swimming pool shall be issued for an indefinite period but shall not be transferable as to person or location.

(b) All licenses shall be in writing and shall state the conditions thereof and the terms for which the license is granted. No person shall conduct, operate, maintain or manage any swimming pool without complying with the requirements of this Health Code. The Building and Housing Department is charged with the enforcement of the provisions hereof.
