In addition to other fines, fees and penalties, civil actions, forfeitures and the like provided in § 10.99 of this Code, violations of § 71.131 through § 71.135 shall result in the imposition of a minimum fines of $25 for a first violation and $50 for a second violation and $100 for a third violation. In addition, violators will be responsible for any and all resulting towing expenses.
