§ 73.36 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. As defined in § 71.140 of this code.
