No person driving any truck tractor, farm tractor, road truck, other than a pick-up or panel truck, or any bus, school bus, or any other type of motor vehicle other than that which is commonly defined as a passenger vehicle (the definition to be that included in the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq.) shall stop, stand, or park, or cause to stop, stand, or park, any of these vehicles within any municipal parking lot, excepting as set forth in Ch. 75, Sch. VI, Table C.
