§ 73.25 VEHICLE IN VIOLATION; POLICE AUTHORITY TO REMOVE.
   Whenever any police officer of the city finds any motor vehicle standing upon a municipal parking lot in violation of any of the provisions of any chapter, subchapter, or section of this code, that officer is authorized to require the driver or other person in charge of the motor vehicle to move the same, or the police officer may cause and require the removal of the illegally parked motor vehicle, as authorized by § 73.65 of this code.
