The Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq., as heretofore adopted by the General Assembly of the state, and as now or hereafter amended, is declared to be the basic traffic code in and for Freeman Field, and all drivers, operators, or owners of any motor vehicles and all pedestrians, where applicable, shall obey the provisions thereof, the same as if each and every provision of the Uniform Act, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq., as aforementioned, were incorporated in detail in these regulations, it being intended that the following provisions of these regulations shall only implement the Uniform Act, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq.
