§ 71.141 DRIVING RESTRICTIONS ON VEHICLES OVER 5,000 POUNDS.
   Commercial or freight-carrying vehicles, either of which exceed 5,000 pounds in declared gross weight, shall be restricted at all times to those streets and parts of streets designated as state highways, except that these vehicles may be operated on other streets solely for the purpose of either delivery or pick-up of materials or merchandise, and then only by entering upon streets not being state highways at the intersection nearest the destination of the vehicle and proceeding thereon no further than the nearest intersection thereafter; further, that these vehicles shall thereafter return by the nearest intersection, to the closest adjacent street designated as a state highway.
