§ 71.127 REMOVAL OF VEHICLES IN VIOLATION; TOWING.
   (A)   Removal of vehicles by owner. When the owner of or person in charge of any motor vehicle is personally advised by any agent or employee of this city that the motor vehicle is parked in violation of this subchapter and section, it shall be unlawful for the owner of or person in charge of that motor vehicle so parked, to fail and refuse to immediately remove the motor vehicle from any parking space then and there occupied in violation of this subchapter and section.

   (B)   Towing vehicles. In addition to the foregoing, any police officer of this city, upon discovering any motor vehicle parked in violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter and section, may cause the motor vehicle to be removed to a public garage as authorized by § 73.65 of this code.
