§ 35.01 CONCESSION FUNDS.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., there is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a non-reverting fund to be known as the Department of Public Works Concession Fund. This Fund shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety and is subject to the following conditions.
      (1)   Monies from gifts to this Fund, receipts from scrapped items put out by persons for city trash pick-up, and concessions sold from machines at the Department of Public Works facility shall be accepted into the Fund.
      (2)   All disbursements made from this Fund shall be for or on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and used for replenishing concession items, providing food for city employees for a Departmental Christmas party, and as needed for food and needed items for workers during state of emergency working conditions and during safety training sessions and other work-related functions, retirement parties, gifts, funeral flowers, employee awards and the like. These disbursements shall be made on the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety to the Clerk-Treasurer and payable upon presentation of proper claims as specified in § 30.40 of the City Code.
   (B)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., there is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a non-reverting fund to be known as the City Hall Concession Fund. This Fund shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety and is subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   Monies from gifts to this Fund, receipts from sales of coffee, soda and concessions sold from machines at City Hall shall be accepted into the Fund.
      (2)   All disbursements made from this Fund shall be for replenishing concession items, providing food for city employees for a Christmas party, and as needed for food and needed items for city employees during training sessions and other work-related functions, retirement parties, gifts, funeral flowers, employee awards and the like. These disbursements shall be made on the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety to the Clerk-Treasurer and payable upon presentation of proper claims as specified in § 30.40 of the City Code.
   (C)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., there is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a non-reverting fund to be known as the Police Department Concession Fund. This Fund shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety and is subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   Monies from gifts to this Fund, receipts from sales of coffee, soda and concessions sold from machines at Seymour Police Department headquarters shall be accepted into the Fund.
      (2)   All disbursements made from this Fund shall be for replenishing concession items, providing for a Police Department for a Christmas party, and as needed for food and needed items for city employees during training sessions and other work-related functions, retirement parties, gifts, funeral flowers, employee awards and the like. These disbursements shall be made on the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety to the Clerk-Treasurer and payable upon presentation of proper claims as specified in § 30.40 of the City Code.
