§ 154.03 USE AS DWELLING; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy as living quarters any trailer or mobile dwelling as herein defined, within the limits of the city, unless that trailer or mobile dwelling shall be located within a trailer camp regularly established and maintained in full compliance with § 154.02 above.
