§ 154.02 TRAILER CAMP; ESTABLISHMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to use or permit the use of any lot, parcel, or tract of land within the limits of the city for a trailer camp as herein defined, without having first complied with all the provisions of applicable state law relating to tourist camps and with all the requirements, rules, and regulations of the state Board of Health heretofore or hereinafter promulgated under the authority of those Acts. No trailer camp shall be hereafter established without securing the written consent of the majority of the owners of any premises occupied for residence purposes located within 300 feet of any part of the proposed trailer camp, which written consent shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the city at least ten days prior to the opening of the trailer camp.
