(A) This chapter does not prohibit the display or parking of a vehicle offered or posted for sale when the display or parking of the vehicle is incidental to the actual operation and the immediate use of the vehicle by the vehicle owner.
(B) No person or business property shall offer for sale vehicles for more than 120 days total in a calendar year without a dealer’s license.
(C) This chapter exempts banks and financial institutions and allows them to offer for sale vehicles repossessed or similarly acquired vehicles by them on their property.
