A person may not display or park more than three motor vehicles offered or posted for sale on real property if the primary purpose of displaying or parking the vehicle on the property is to promote or effect the sale of the vehicle; in the event that the person displaying such motor vehicles is doing so for the purpose of sale, that person must first obtain a license from the Clerk-Treasurer as approved by the Building Commissioner. The cost of such license shall be $250.
