All fees or monies collected shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a receipt for all monies received and shall deposit all monies in the appropriate city account daily. Money so paid shall be used by the Board of Public Works and Safety in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
