§ 97.03 LAWS SUPPLEMENTAL.
   (A)   All other ordinances of the city that are in conflict with this chapter are repealed to the extent of the conflict.
   (B)   However, the provisions of this chapter supplement all laws of the state and county, if any, covering the same subject matter.
