§ 95.31 TREE TRIMMING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Cutting of live limbs from shade trees is prohibited, except the cutting of the lower branches to a height of nine feet is permitted.
   (B)   Dead limbs from all trees must be cut and removed each year.
   (C)   The tops and limbs of all shade trees inside the corporate limits of the city shall be trimmed so that they will not interfere with the light from the street lights.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating this section shall be guilty of a code violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined.
