§ 95.30 DISTANCE FROM FIRE HYDRANTS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to plant, keep, suffer, or permit any shrubbery or bushes within ten feet of any city fire hydrant in the city.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined.
