§ 95.03 BARBED WIRE FENCING.
   (A)   A barbed wire is declared to be unlawful, a nuisance, and a menace to the public safety to erect, place, keep, or maintain as an outside fence.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a code violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined. Provided further that each day the fence or fences shall be erected, kept, placed, or maintained in violation of this section shall be deemed and treated as a separate and distinct offense for which a separate prosecution may be maintained.
   (C)   The agent or person in charge of any property on which any fence or fences shall be maintained in violation of this section shall incur the penalty prescribed.
