§ 95.02 EXCESSIVE NOISE FROM VEHICLES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating upon any street, alley, or public places in the city any automobile, motorcycle, or other motor vehicle to at any time release or operate any attachment or structurally alter the muffler or exhaust system, causing excessive and unreasonable sound.

(B) Any person or persons convicted of the violation of the provisions of this section shall be fined.
