§ 153.124 UTILITIES TO BE UNDERGROUND.
   Unless the Planning Commission and the land use authority determine, upon application by the subdivider, supported by the recommendation of a civil engineer licensed by the state, that it is not feasible to do so, all power lines, telephone lines and other normally overhead utility lines shall be placed underground by the subdivider. All utilities must be developed in provided easements and shall extend to the property line of every lot within the subdivision.
