(A) Any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, agent or employee, who violates or causes the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided by law.
(B) In addition, the county, by action of the Board of County Commissioners or the County Attorney, with or without express action of the Board of County Commissioners, may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or other appropriate civil action or actions to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove acts or uses in violation of this chapter.
