§ 153.119 SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS.

   (A)   Sidewalks, curbs and gutters shall be provided on both sides of all streets to be dedicated to the public in RA zones and in other zones as otherwise requested by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners. Sidewalks, curbs and gutters may be required by the Board of County Commissioners on existing streets bordering the subdivision.

   (B)   The following chart outlines the districts in which improvements are to be made by the letter “I”:
