An entity or individual who operated or caused an adult-oriented business to be operated without a license, or who employs or is employed as an employee of an adult-oriented business, or who operates such a business or functions in violation of the provisions of this chapter, is subject to penalties under §§ 110.04 and 110.99(B) of this code.
