(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(C) Each act as set out in § 90.005(A) of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation and shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
(D) As set out in § 90.015 of this chapter, any person who shall hinder, delay, interfere with or obstruct any police officer or animal control officer while engaged in capturing, securing or taking to the animal shelter any animal or animals liable to be impounded, or who shall break open or in any manner, directly or indirectly, aid, counsel or advise the breaking open of any animal control vehicle or other vehicle used for the collecting of any such animals, shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
(E) Each act as set out in § 90.034(A) of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation and shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
(F) As set out in § 90.043 of this chapter, any person who shall hinder, delay, interfere with or obstruct any police officer or animal control officer while engaged in capturing, securing or taking to the animal shelter any dog or dogs liable to be impounded, or who shall break open or in any manner, directly or indirectly, aid, counsel or advise the breaking open of any animal control vehicle or other vehicle used for the collecting of any such animals shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
(G) Any person violating any provision of § 90.075 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Each day a guard dog is deployed for use by any person in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate offense.
(2) Any person found in violation of his or her permit will lose the privilege of holding a county spotlight permit for a minimum of five years.
(3) Violations will be reported to state wildlife offices.
(I) (1) A violation of § 90.136(A) and (B) is an infraction.
(2) In any civil action brought for damages caused by collision with any domestic animal or livestock on a highway, there is no presumption that the collision was due to negligence on behalf of the owner or the person in possession of the domestic animal or livestock.
