§ 90.137 NEW DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION LIVESTOCK FENCE REQUIREMENT.
   Any individual, developer or corporation who changes the use of agricultural land(s) to non-agricultural use must adequately fence the property that is adjacent to irrigated land, grazing land or currently in Greenbelt or agriculture production to keep any livestock out of the newly developed non-agricultural land.
