353.06 ISSUANCE OF CITATION.
The Chief of the Fire Department and Acting Fire Officer, or a Police Officer, may issue a citation to any person, firm, corporation or other entity, where they find that any obstruction, vehicle, or otherwise, is located in a fire lane.
